H3C UniServer R4900 G5 (R4900 G5) is a next-generation 2U dual-processor rack server developed by H3C based on Intel's next-generation Whitley platform.
Built for energy efficiency, reliability, scalability, and ease of deployment and management, R4900 G5 can be widely deployed to build the infrastructure for cloud computing, Internet, IDC, telecommunication, and enterprises.
Enhanced performance and security Supports 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable Series Ice Lake CPUs. The core count of a single CPU, the base frequency, and the maximum LLC can reach 40, 3.7 GHz, and 57 MB, respectively. Three pairs of 11.2 GT/s UPI buses are used to deliver the highest processing power. A single server supports two CPUs, allowing a maximum of 80 cores and 160 threads. Intel Hyper-Threading Technology is supported so that each core runs multiple threads concurrently, maximizing multi-threaded applications and parallel processing capabilities. Allows up to 32 pieces of 3200 MT/s DDR4 ECC memory, improving the memory bandwidth and capacity. Supports Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0 to achieve the optimal balance between system performance and power consumption. 1 Supports Intel Advanced Vector Extensions 512 (AVX-512) to significantly improve floating-point computing performance.
